Our key focus areas include amongst others; contract mining, logistics & international sales operations services. We provide expert advice and solutions in the bauxite ore production industry and international market sales.
We set the standards, and ensure compliance, leading to the promotion of productivity and safety deliveries of the bauxite products to major clients who are representatives and owners of aluminum refineries.

SERVICES:
Contract Mining; we do opencast load and haulage.
Land Transport Logistics: we transport mined products by road between suppliers and buyers to the port of export. WAB is an expert at providing multi-modal transport solutions and have grown from a trucking company to a fully integrated logistics services provider. We are an intermediary company that link buyers and sellers of bauxite. All our products come from West Africa. Our products are directly linked to the mines. We have all quality of bauxite ore.

West Africa Bauxite has developed the skill, expertise, knowledge and has the hands-on delivery experience to completely take the bauxite products directly from the mines to the clients’ ports of imports.
We at West Africa Bauxite also have prepared investment opportunities for investors who intend to invest in the bauxite industry. We are mandated by mine owners with licensed bauxite mine concessions to consult on their behalf with interested potential investors for partnership in the Republic of Guinea and Sierra Leone. WAB provides consulting services for the acquisition of bauxite mines from the mine owners to possible interested investors. We have bauxite concessions with complete geological reports as well as some with completed feasibility studies and ready for exploitation.

Management Structure:
The Board of Directors of WAB is the highest decision-making organ of the company that is responsible for overall strategy formulation and implementation. The board is composed of 6 Directors with 3 Directors being Executive and 3 Non-Executive Directors. The board is in charge for staff management and allocation of capital and overall management of the Company to ensure sustainable management of the company its overall growth objective being meet.
The Managing Director is in charge of strategic day to day management of the company operation reporting to the Board of Directors and assisted with the General Manager who is in charge of operations level management of the company.
